We knew this would be difficult but necessary to build a life of no regrets. We were eventually promoted as managers for four popular food concepts: Shrimp Daddy (Hawaiian-style garlic butter shrimp), Junbi (ceremonial-grade matcha), Chi Chi Dango (fluffy shaved ice paired with homemade mochi), and Wingchix (Japanese Tebasaki wings). \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWe devoted every weekend to managing these concepts at Smorgasburg LA, in addition to events such as Coachella, 626 and OC Night Market.
